Parents and grandparents share the spirit of the Lion King with your children and grandchildren at a special Lion King Matinée performance dedicated to the African orphans and their heroic grandmothers. Disney’s Lion King has donated $2.00 from the sale of each ticket for the August 4, 2011 matinée performance to the Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign.

 

Watch the awe in your grandchildren’s faces as they sit mesmerized by the breathtaking spectacle of animals brought to life onstage. After the performance don’t miss a once in a lifetime photo opportunity with your little ones when you mingle with some of the cast of The Lion King around the Tree of Life in the NAC’s Main Foyer.

 

Single ticket prices range from $36.69 to $73.84 for the special August 4th matinée and are only available online from February 23 to April 8, 2011 at EventUsherTM and enter the password LionKingOttawa.

 

Can’t make it to the Gala on July 14^th or the Special Matinée on August 4th but wish to experience the phenomenon and support the Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign?

 

Tickets for select performances are only available online at EventUsherTM (password LionKingOttawa) from February 23 to Apri 8, 2011. Broadway Across Canada has generously agreed to accept your donations to the Campaign.
